Mineral House is a 2200 square foot vacation house built 3 years ago in a quiet neighborhood of Mineral, a mountain community. Mineral is a small town, population 90, with a restaurant and convenience grocery store. It is only 10 minutes from the south entrance of Lassen National Park and the Lassen Park visitor center Kom yah-mah-nee. The town is about 4 hours from the San Francisco Bay Area and 3 hours from Sacramento.
The house is two stories with 3 master suites, fully furnished. The two master suites upstairs have a double bed with an additional twin bed. The third master suite is located downstairs and has a queen bed and access to the screened porch. The great room has a wood burning fireplace and a queen size sofa bed. Connected to the fully equipped modern kitchen is the dining room with a dining table that can seat 10 quests comfortably. The screen porch off the kitchen has a dining table that can seat 6 guests. The large back deck has a picnic table and charcoal barbeque. Also provided for the Mineral house guests is a washer and dryer.
Whatever your outdoor experience will be, you won't find a nicer house to come back to for relaxing. Enjoy the benefits of having a private bathroom to freshen up after your day's adventures. Start the barbeque and kick back with your favorite refreshment in the screen porch or on the back deck. Explore the Lassen area by coming to the Mineral House.
